REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Luvio. We appreciate your trust in our products designed to support your family's peaceful rest. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy allows you to request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

1. Returns & Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact our support team at support@luvio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@luvio.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will evaluate the problem right away and send you a replacement free of charge.

4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved. 
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card company).

5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Because we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, cancellations or changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been forwarded to our shipping partners, we cannot change or cancel it.
